Revolution, from latin, revolvere: the action of going back, starting over.

Under this definition, social networks are without a doubt a revolution. They close the brackets of mass communication as it has existed since the industrial era, returning man to the place of the main transmitter of a brand's message. The most powerful and unparalleled transmitter.

This revolution goes beyond the medium and fills a fundamental need: the creation of bonds between people.

This is why, even if social networks experts have been around since 2008, we decided not to limit our offer strictly to the web; but instead to bring down the frontiers that exist between 2.0 and other forms of communication.

A positioning that is definetely forward looking, but which is paradoxically, based on a millenial statement: the human is a "social animal" (Aristotle - Nicomachean Ethics)

    We created a blog for Best Western: Original Character. Its objective is to make the user feel like they are taking a trip, by offering them reports about strange as well as charming and magnificient places. It's an opportunity to find good ideas to take a trip with a special someone or as a family. The blog is full of good ideas that inspire people to leave every weekend on a trip. This is also a great boost for the Best Western brand, which engages in conversation while remaining very discrete.

    Capital increase

    Emmanuel injects 40,000€ of capital thanks to his personal funds. Roxane's capital is now 50,000€. At the same time, the company goes from a SARL to an SAS. Next, Emmanuel is able to raise 60,000€ with 9 independent shareholders. He therefore reaches the minimum needed to launch his company. The aventure can go ahead!

    The adventure begins. Emmanuel sublets offices for two people within the Modedemploi agency. Julie takes her place in the office and kicks off her first day at Roxane. At home right away, Julie gets to know the agency's employees and knows everyone well in less than three weeks.

    Julie gets a shot at an internship at Publicis alongside Emmanuel. He retains a good impression of her and decides to get in touch. She is in England at the time. No problem! The interview takes place on Skype. She is shortlisted in the recruitment process which was set up by Emmanuel for the account manager position. Next, he calls on Rodolphe Lecompte, who is a head hunter, to help him make a choice between two candidates. In the end Julie is "without a doubt" the chosen candidate. A choice that he will never regret! Thanks, Rodolphe.

    Geek Trip to San Francisco

    After his personal road trip, he embarks on a professional trip for geeks. This trip represents a key stage in Roxane's development. A trip is organised with Brio by Philippe Jeudy, who helps French companies establish themselves in Silicon Valley. Truly an intensive programme: one week, ten French web entrepreneurs (including Carlos Diaz, Franck Perrier, Damien Douani...), 25 meetings with entrepreneurs...Emmanuel returns home with a conviction: the web has become a media of conversation and thus, influence!

    For several years, Emmanuel was a trainer in Mobile Marketing for the Benchmark Group. He led the first set of training sessions on social networks and e-reputation. He decides to continue this job and switches from mobile internet to internet in general. He gets involved in creating support materials and work tools. Result: 1,200 slides created!

    Barely out of the gate at Publicis, Emmanuel de Saint-Bon kicks off a consulting job with Az pneus, the king of online tire commerce. Roxane still isn't up and running, but the project has already begun to sprout in Emmanuel's mind, by having transformed his temporary employer into Roxane's first client after its start at the end of 2008.

    Showing of "When the Internet makes waves" (recognised as the best documentary about the history of the Internet) at ESCP. The screening was followed by a discussion with brand guests. The participants asked Gilles Babinet, who had barely recovered from the stunning sale of Musiwave (the first company to propose musical sounds versus robotic ones for telephones), which sector he thinks has a strong future. His response: "Companies' reputations".
